I have an E2 and a tomtom nav 5, is there software/maps I can use for hiking/biking/offroad?

...especially free software, of course!

It seems as if that would be good if I wanted to carry around my laptop while hiking, but that is not the case. (Thanx for the post I will still use them!)

I am not only looking for maps but also a program to allow me to use the gps in coordination.
