Wow - today is my day for questions on 2008 it seems.
I'm in the process of deploying several Windows 2008 member / resource servers -- I plan to keep these a long time and don't want to come back and have to switch from 2003 to 2008 in 2 years or something.
Right now, in the immediate short term, 4-8 months, I don't plan to bring in a Windows 2008 domain controller (budget issues mostly).
My domain is Windows 2003 Native (as is the forest) with one 2003 DC and one 2003 R2 DC. I have no Vista machines on my network at this time. Is there any way under XP or Windows 2003 to configure and manage the new GPO and ADMX formats for Windows Server 2008?
I've done a little searching but nothing has popped out at me yet, hoping maybe somebody already crossed this bridge.
