When I try to edit a GPO I get gpedit.msc not found. I looked at MS site and what they say does not apply to me. This is a fresh install of Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition.
ALso when I try to go and change policy settings it is locked and the options are greyed out. It has been a while since I have done this so any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I read about that after posting. I appreciate the fast response. I did remove it but when I try to edit an existing GPO or create a new one I get the same error msg. Also the existing ones seem to be locked (for example Account polices has a picture of lock on it). I can open it but can not change any settings.

I don't think there's a fix for it yet.
As a workaround, you can install admin pack on 32bit XP or any other server to edit your policies.
