GPO windows logon options (Force user to logoff)

set action to take when logon hours expire: Logoff

Has anyone got this to work? I have this set but the user is not forced to log off when their logon hours expire. Is there something else I need to do? I have set this in the default domain gpo user config\policies\admin templates\windows components\windows logon options.

I have also enabled computer config\windows settings\sec settings\local policies\sec options\ force logoff when logon hours expire
