I am logged in under the administrator account. I go to create a new GPO and I get "Access Denied" message.

I have created a GPO before (test one that sets the IE homepage) and I cannot think of anything else that I have done that would have changed anything.

Has anyone ever seen this?

Good ole McAfee VirusScan Enterprise is the cause. I should have looked at Event Viewer first thing. When will I learn!! :p

Well now it's time to figure out how to allow administrator accounts to do their job.
