At present students can click on Print inside Word and then browse AD for printers. This means that potentially they could print anywhere inside school (something we do not want) as well as browse AD and see the structure (again, something we do not want).
How can we stop them from being able to do this? The GPO in place already stops browsing through Add New Printer as well as adding and deleting printers but this ability to browse via AD is another weakness we want to close down.
