GPO to make Domain Users a Local Power User

I have LAN with 50 Win XP Clients & 1 Win 2003 DC. There are about 60 domain users. I have added 15 users in a domain group named STAFF.

I would like this STAFF group to be a member of Local Power Users for all 50 WinXP Clients.

How can i achieve this via GPO or Script?
