I have created an MST file for my Office 2000 distribution which is going to be released to our company. I have come across a problem I have not encountered before and wanted to see if anybody has a solution. When installing this MSI, I get the

"Windows File Protection
Files that are required for Windows to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized versions. To maintain system stability, Windows must restore the original versions of these files. Insert your product CD-ROM now." error. I then have to select cancel for the MSI to keep installing.

When I push this MSI out with my MST attached to it I can't get the MSI to complete the install. It looks like the MSI is hanging when installing this software and I have a feeling it is because of that File Protection error that comes up. I am welcome to any ideas.

Thanks,

Joe
