hello, i need some help with my final project.

here's the situation:

I HAVE TO MAKE AN OU name "Legal Affairs" in AD and the following groups in the OU:(lawyers,IT,Interns, personal assistants)

each group has 2 users

task:Create restrictions on the following group or user.
1.interns cannot access or change anything in the control panel.
2.all users cannot change their wallpapers

What i did:
1. Created a GPO#1 but the GPO only effects the whole Legal Affairs OU. I dont know where or how to get the GPO to only effect only a USER or only a GROUP within an OU.

2. DONE,works....created a GPO#2 in the Legal Affairs OU that disables all users from changing their wallpaper

what must i do in task 1 to get it to work? Is there another method besides using GPO?

thank you for taking time to read, any help would be appreciated,
ky
