GPO setting- tools/folder options......

When i go to tools - folder options at top of a normal window page when logged on locally it gives me the option to:
1. open each folder in the same window or
2. open each folder in its own window

when i log on as a client onto the domain the options are not availiable to them which im happy about, however when they open each window it selects option 2 each time for them

i cant find were i have set this but i wish option 1 to be used

can anyone point me to the right area GPO's
