Does anyone know how to remove the Common Task Side Bar which shows up on the left side of the screen when you open a folder.
One work around is to: go under tools | folder options | general tab and select: use classic folders. I'd like to accomplish this at the GPO level, I'm using 2008r2 as active directory.
I don't know of any options do this at the GPO level, perhaps there is a registry fix that I could use instead.

Thanks.

how about

[tt]User configuration\administrative templates\windows components\windows explorer\turn on classic shell[/tt]
