My Default Domain Policy is set whereby, when a user logs in, the Screen Saver is set for Password Protection. However, this causes problems for those users who are also logging into our Terminal Server. When the Terminal Server authenticates them, is also picks up that GPO and creates Password Protection on the Screen Saver in the Terminal Server session (which we do not want). What is the best method to keep the GPO from changing the Terminal Server session Screen Saver settings.

I got it myself, I new it was through OU creations and Loopbacks, I just had a few configs wrong.
