GPO edit registry of workstations

Hi, I am using GPO Console form my XP to connect to Server 2003 , our DC. I want to edit a registry key on all my workstations in the domain. How to do it?

What key do you want to change?
What value do you want it to be set to?
Will you be wanting to maintain this so you can alter it again at a different time?

I can write you an ADM extention to give you options to set this like any other group policy setting, but I need to know the exact key location, and the possible values that you want.
