I ran GPO diag and i am getting this,
Incorrect permissions on Default Domain Controllers Policy Domain Controller: Default GPOs check
Enterprise Domain Controllers does not have Read permission on Default Domain Controllers Policy.
How do i fix this?

Select that GP GP Management MMC
The security tab is called delegation select the tab and click add and type in that group.
