GPO diag reporting an error

Hello all,
I am having another issue with my GPO. I have previouly posted that on a TS 2003 one of the GPO settings regarding IE intranet zone mapping does not apply to users on the TS server. It only apply to the domain/admin account login to the TS server.
I ve decided to run GPO diag or best practice. I get 2 erros.
1. Enterprise domain controller do not have read permission on the default domain controller policy. !!!!!I checked and they do have it.!!!??????
2. The second error, i accidently clicked on do not show this on all instances.. so i cant get it back.

Can anyone please help!!!

Correction,
I was looking at default domain GP instead of Default Domain Controller GP.
But now when i add enterprise Domain controllers in the GPO delegation, it says its not supported.
