GPO changes screen resolution?

I tested out a group policy for SUS yesterday and certain test PC's screen resolution changed from 1024X768 to 800X600 after a reboot. I thought the policy was the same as the Default domain policy except for the Windows Update options. Anyone run into this issue?

(XP machines, AD running on 2000 Server)
