GP9 upgrade not showing Companies in Utilities

I have just installed a new instance of GP9 on my server. I have restored two companies to that SQL Instance, when running Utilities it checks that DYNAMICS is ok, this works, it then checks your companies , this doesnt show any to be upgraded??

The databases are owned by DYNSA ? so a bot stumped at the moment.

Thanks for any help
