GP Utilities - Upgrade always show up?

I supposedly completed an upgrade (test upgrade from GP 9 to GP 10) successfully, however each time I run GP Utilities it always checks the version information and always shows the "Upgrade these companies?" dialog box - though the company shows it upgraded successfully in that box.

Any ideas on why or how to get it to truly complete?

Here are the machine specifications that this test upgrade took place on.

Vista Business
SQL Server 2005 - Databases copied from SQL Server 2000 (logins transferred using sp_help_revlogin)
Anything more needed?
Has both GP9 AND GP10 installed.
