Finally upgraded to SP4 and had issues that did not occur in our test envionment (always works out like this ! lol)
Have worked out all of the issues that did arise except for IM, its greyed out thru the GP interface but can be accessed thru >Start>Programes >GP
What can I check/do to access IM thru GP
