Hey! Just found something on Microsoft's website for another issue which gave me an idea on your problem. Check out the \\server\share\%username% folder for the NTUser profile. If it has a .man extention instead of a .dat extention, then your users have a mandatory profile which refuses to save desktop changes when they log off. Catadmin - New to Server Admin, but willing to learn... All help is appreciated.
