gp closed when discard changed

I have one computer that sometimes when the user clicks discard changes in customer maintenance great plains closes. any ideas on what I can do.

I haven't heard of this one before. What version and service pack of GP?

A few questions to help you troubleshoot:

Does this happen if you just open the Customer Maintenance window, make a change, then go to close the window? Or after the window has been sitting open with a change for while?

When it happens, is there anything in the windows event log about connection or permissions issues?

Anything different about this computer from others where this does not happen?

Are they maximising the window and then click the application close X rather than the window close X?
