gp calling won't overflow

CKE4 upgraded to Magix R4 software. Calling gp set up to overflow on a delay to the vm. It won't go. Any ideas.

The reason it will not flow to voicemail is that you have Group type set to "Group Ring". An 'all ring" group will never flow to voicemail. You can program around this - using a loopback. Do a search on "all ring" or "group ring" and you will find my previous post on how to do the workaround. You also need a voicemail box designated as Autoattendant type set up in voicemail for ext 771. In an 007 MLM - that would be a type 15 voicemail box for AA1. In Magix Messaging you just set it as an autoattendant voicemail box.

It works like a charm - even though it is not supported by Avaya. I could not get it to loop through twice though - so keep that in mind.

No problem. The customer says, "theoretically", all calls are to be answered by a person...it should virtually never get to this anyway... We have all heard that one before. So this should be low volume traffic. Thanks for the help. Always appriciated.

Worked great. I was also haveing a problem getting the selector codes to transfer back out to 771 (to que), but just set the vm to transfer to 774(class of service 20 on 007), overflowing to 771. All is well and customer is finally happy. Thanks again for all the feedback.
