We are having an interesting problem and I have no idea how to fix it or where to start looking even. Our Build of Materials are setup for certian packages that we go through a lot of, so we can have several on hand when we get busy. The problem is randomly GP will not debit one or two inventory items while posting the BOM as complete and debiting everything else properly. I have not been able to recreate it, but I see it almost every time when we do our cycle counts every week, certian items are just totally off base. I've started keeping a daily log of what we have on hand and what should be going out.
