Goupshield bloks some encrypted Word documents

this is the message i'm getting, when i receive the encrypted mail

The item 2004.08.26 Offre indicative ATOFINA Belgium v8_uncomplete.doc has been replaced because it was encrypted and could not be scanned.

anybody saw this already and know a solution ?

Preventing Groupshield from Quarantining encrypted email attachments:

Solution:
1. Regedit -> HKLM\Software\Network Associates\Groupshield Exchange
2. Go to Edit -> New -> String Value .Type "PassEncryptedZips" without quotes.
3. Note: No need to assign any value to the Key.
4. Stop and Start Groupshield Exchange service.
