I have recently purchased ACT 2007 and imported 3000 contacts. I have created a manual group of selected clients (as there is not way to really distinguish them) eg. Hotels, i want to create a sub-group of the hotels for hotels in wales.
I would assume a set of rules in a sub group would only query the results of its parent, but it seems to query all the records.
Is there anyway to have a sub group only query its parent? Or am i going to have to create a new field to distinguish my record is a Hotel?
I hope this makes sense.
Also, i have been having a nightmare with the layout designer, everytime i open it, it resizes and makes everything larger. Has anyone else had this problem?
