Goup by/Change group options /others

Hi,

i am using cr v10.

I have a lots of computers with tag numbers. Right now most of them have tag numbers.

I have a report where i need to group them together. For those that don't have tag numbers i want to label them "Un-allocated"

Question:

For this i am doing Group by from the group expert. If i want to use the "Others" tab - i can use "Put all others togehter with the name" -- but for this i have to use "specified order". I have a 200 tab numbers. Even if add them all to specified order, i can more in the future.

Do you understand my dillema.

If they don't have a tag, they will automatically group together and when you insert the group, you can go to options->customize group name->use a formula:

if isnull({table.tag}) then
"Unallocated" else
totext({table.tag},0,"") //remove the totext(,0,"") if already a string
