goto and play on collision

i have a simple game where a cat moves through a building via quantum tunneling (through walls and floors). I want the movie to go to a little losing sequence when the cat collides with a of several dogs positioned throughout the buildings. can anyone help me?

also, is there a way to exclude the cat from the loop the dogs are already on. I mean, right now, i have to make the movie longer or otherwise the cat will start at the beginning of the game at the end of each loop. i want the cat to move freely through a building unless it collides with a dog. can it really be that hard?
