Hi everyone,

I just bought a refurbished Radiant P1220 unit and it came in the mail today, but was surprised that it did not have any COM ports for the printers. (My printers are parallel printers with parallel to RJ45 on one the printer end and RJ45 to COM adapter on the terminal end. What the new terminal has instead are four RJ11 ports that say "Serial". I do notice that my printers do have a RJ11 port on them next to the parallel port. What are my options?

The only option is to purchase some of the radiant RJ 11 to RJ-45 converters. This is done to save space on the new motherboard configurations.
