I've got ISDN service coming into a TLU76 card an there are currently no framing/data link alarm. I attempt to make a call to the PSTN but I get an immediate disconnect. Please review the trace below and let me know if you have any opinions. Also, when I attempt to dial into the PBX, I get no activity on the TLU trace so this leads me to beleive that the issue might be at the PSTN.

Hi,

Have you tried testing the carriers signal at the frame with a a test phone???

Issue has been resolved. I appears that the PBX was initiating a release that didn't appear on the TLU trace. Dialing rules were reconfigured. Thanks.
