Got an error 2140 on Windows NT...

Hi,
I got an error 2140 (an internal windows NT error has occured). Does any one know what this error is exactly, or where I can find a list of NT errors and what they mean? I'm using Cold Fusion 4.51 server and Java 1.22 on NT4, SP6 and got this error message.
