I have installed CS2k2 on a production SQL 2k server, and IIS server. The hardware and install is fine.

I am new to shopping cart technogogies, and am stumbling my way through to get this to work.

Here is my dilema. I am an owner or a quickly growing e-business. I have in the last year gotten SQL to work with FrontPage and host DB searches on my production website. We host our own webs, etc. My qualifications are MCSE 4.0 (a bit dated at best I know). I have taken SQL 7.0 classes as an administrator but not a designer, and am VERY VERY new with programming. I have DB's built on SQL of vendor products and our prices.

I am trying to find the quickest way to get CS up and into a production environment.

I have loaded CS and the bizdesk works after loading the retail pup file. I am having trouble importing csv's into the catalog editor in the bizdesk.

As far as I can tell I am going in the right direction, but the help file (.chm) is a bit daunting, and it warns over and over about planning, planning, planning. I feel that I will be reading for weeks to learn to plan the plan that I already have. Am I missing something? Well on my way? What? Any words of advise?

Thanks in advance for any and all support.
