Google won't remove site, what can I do? 1

I've used the URL removal tool, chose all the options relative to remove entire site and all I keep getting is

Jun 25, 2007 mydomain/ Site removal Denied Learn more

Why does it offer me the ability to remove entire site and then denies the request?

how do I remove my site from the index?

Wow! That URL is totally confused! I'm picking the TGML parser didn't like that one because it had the word forum in it

Thanks Jeff, only I've done as suggested, added a duymy folder and put a robots.txt just for google but I didn't get an option regarding

Anyway, that page at G$ will then have a box asking if it is URGENT to remove your site.

It still says pending, i've resubmitted the request but still both say pending, This is a mare, because now .co.uk isn't working because I want it to re-direct to .com but can't while google sorts its life out.

can all I do is wait ? and leave us with a down domain?

well i've added a robots.txt , i've delete all pages but the robots.txt and it still comes back denied!

do I just give up and put it down to yet another thing on google that doesn't work?

I was told on my other thread that deleting the site content would give a 404 but it doesn't it gives a 403 , I can't seem to create a 404/410 not get google to delete it's index.

I really don't have time for this, our server is about to go down and I have DR to put in place.

Does anyone have a definitive answer on how I can get rid of this site from google?
