so for example we have and
The domane domain has NEVER been used to advertise and provide links to our website.

I've recently done a site redo and is ranking well in Google, the only problem is that half of the new stuff ranked is using the domane domain!!!!!

Why would Google do this?!?!

I am signed-up to site maps and have now put a value in the "prefered domain" option but this was about a week and half ago and nothings changed, guess time will tell. Unless someone has a better idea.

Setup a 301 redirect from any alias domains to the main domain, this tells Google that the other domains simply point to your main site.

Hope this helps
