Hi - when i do a google search for the BBC the results show the main page and then other 'sub' pages listed underneath - does anyone know how to get google to do this?

Forum828 may be more appropriate.

But to answer your question - it's entirely up to Google. You have no influence over it.

They do this to sites that are very high traffic or highly authoratitive on their subject. Generally I think it's down to having inner pages with a very high page rank.
