Google Redirect malware

I did a little googling on this (it wasn't easy) and found that most people first need to run hijackthis and post a log; however, from those posts I understood little of the procedure, so detailed help would be appreciated. Here's my log.

This is the trick I use. If you post your log at

http://hijackthis.de

you can get an analysis of your log. Despite the site being in Germany, the site is in English.

For example, posting your log pointed out these items. First, delete these entries:[blue]

The site marks these as bad. Next you need to investigate these entries. If you aren't familiar with them, get rid of them.

Finally, any entry where it says, "no file" you can get rid of but they don't hurt anything if they stay.

Also, make sure you have your restore points turned off while do this; otherwise, they might just pop back up.
