Google redirect help

So I am fighting with this google redirect for two days now and its still kicking my butt. Can anyone offer some assistance in getting rid of this annoying worm.

Download hijackthis from the link below and post the logfile on here. By this I mean, open hijackthis, choose do a system scan and post a logfile on here. By the way, not everything hijackthis shows is bad, so do not check anything on it unless you know what you are doing.

Also, what scans have you ran so far?
