Google Desktop freezing my outlook 03

Thanks to this forum, I solved the problem of my overloaded MS outlook 03. I have since archived my mail by year, going back 5 years.

However, since I did this, everytime I search my google desktop in outlook, it FREEZES!

This never happened befoer. Did I do something wrong? How can I continue searching my outlook with the built in google desktop search bar?
