Google cache redirected..

Hi, sorry if I have not formatted my post right but this is my first time here & am rather concerned about the following...
Can anyone explain how these search results manage to redirect from Googles cache to their home page? Not very elegantly as I can watch it even on my broadband connection. They are keyword competitors of ours & disturbingly if I add our site name to the search string it shows in the text grabbed by google...

The redirect will be because they have a check of the url in their source, this is very easy to do.

Can you explain what you mean about the following?

They are keyword competitors of ours & disturbingly if I add our site name to the search string it shows in the text grabbed by google...

Hi mate,

Me again. Turn off javascript in your browser and then click the cache link. You will see that the page is search results and they are really spamming the engines for certain keywords.

Does anyone have any idea how & why our url appears in the results?
Are they stealing our traffic?
Surely it is a blatent manipulation of google serps to redirect from theusual google cache page with highlighted words to their page?

Thanks for the javascript tip - so they are cloaking a metasearch results page for the keywords & redirecting to their home page. Their backlinks contain loads of porn 7 gambling sites that use same technique -ugly but sadly it is working for them!
