Hello...I ran across 1and1.com this week. They are offering free hosting (500meg of storage, 2 gig of datatransfer) for 3 years. However this offer is only good until the 22nd of January. They do support Msql and PHP..If you are looking for cheap..I am using MyHostPalace.com...they charge $4 a month for 600 meg of storage..Not free but darn close!!
