good tutorials ? 1

hi, i'm using flash 5 and i was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of any good web tutorials ?

i already know the basics, drawing, motion tweening.

i want to learn things like: making a frame to play one flash movie within another

action scripting

advanced animation (like rotating letters flying on screen to make up words)

if anyone knows of such tutorials please help
