I was wondering if this is a good troubleshooting manual.

Or if anyone knew of a better one. I am just getting into the IT field and looking to start studying for my A+ cert. BTW I have been reading through this forum and I can see this is a great place to find answers. Thanks!

Bigelow is good. also check out Scott Mueller. If you are studying for your A+, pick up Mike Myers All-in-One 4th edition. It is a good book and will help you. The other books you mentioned will fill in some of the gaps and dig a little deeper for you. Start building that book collection today!

Good Luck!
