Hi,

I'm new in webdesigning

can you tell me with wich software I have to start for web design which have database also??

There is NO software that will create a good web design. That is a function of the web designer's skill and knowledge. There's some software that will let you make poorly designed websites that still look good to you (though often look quite different to people with different browsers and different screen resolutions), some even free.

I use Textpad and Arachnophilia text editors, but any text editor will work. Dreamweaver seems to be pretty popular, but I've seen some hideous stuff done with that, too, by people who didn't understand web design. There's a new Mozilla Composer (free) that I've read some good things about, too, but haven't tried. The link below will provide you with more information on that.
