I'm looking for a tool that will do the following:

Poll SNMP devices (mostly routers in this case) and return the polled values to an SQL database (preferrably MSSQL, but mySQL would be fine as well).

Active monitoring and graphing capability would be a bonus, but I'm cheifly concerned with logging this information.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Cacti is a nice little tool, you'll really require a linux box with apache, php, mysql & rrd to get the most of out it.

It can take a while to get setup but bear with it, once its running its hard to see how you lived without it.

I wish someone would just call me Sir, without adding 'Your making a scene'.

Zabbix is a great web based app as well.
