Good Notes 4.6 administrative reference?

It depends how involved you are at the moment. If you are pretty competent, then the book you suggest would not be very good for you, it basically goes through user iterfaces as opposed to the admin side of things. If you are wanting to get seriously involved, and you really can do, then I would suggest you have another look. There are many site and books around (try IBM Redbooks)which over skills on a varying degree. Lamaar75@hotmail.com
