Need some help here. I have a small fleet of G100's left in our company. Good has announced that they will no longer be supported. I have to re-provision one G100 until that date. The person who used to provision the G100's is no longer employed with the company. Can anyone tell me how to provision one of these units? We have the enterprise good server and I have access to the console but cannot perform a cabled provision of the unit when tethered to my PC that has the console on it. The console does not recognize the unit (G100). Any help is greatly appreciated.
