Do you mean to extract them as individual .eml files or something else? See

I just need to collect the email addresses of all the senders of the messages located in a specified folder.

The collected data should be a long list of email addresses with one address per line.

I've tried this shareware out of despair

but it has a bug.

Sorry, it was not a bug in fact.
It's just that it failed to get the email addresses from the "sent" folder, which is a feature I would also need.
