Good Free XML/XSL tools. 1

Hi guys!!

Is there any good software tools what I can download for free. I have tried XMLSpy and it is great but do not want to spent that amount of money for only developing small amounts of XSLT.

XMLSpy is free for personal use...

Visual Studio Web Developer is in Beta stage right now, so it is free, and it's a nice tool... (when it is finally released to retail, it will only be $50)
