I wonder if someone can help with writing a sql script in reporting services or creating a view
I have a list of employees and want to limit those employees who were absent on and after 1st August 2018 but count the occurrences absent from the start date and 12 months before, hope that makes sense, please see report below
Emp Start_date
1022 12/08/2016
1022 12/08/2017
1022 18/12/2017
1022 13/06/2018
1022 08/08/2018
1022 16/10/2018
1022 20/11/2018

The report will ahow for a period of dates from 01/08/2018
Emp 1022
18/08/2018 occurrences =4 incl (12/08/2017,18/12/2017,13/06/2018,18/08/2018)
20/11/2018 occurrences =5 incl (18/12/2017,13/06/2018,18/08/2018,16/10/2018,20/11/2018)
