Good evening all.
I pray that all are doing well.

Here is my next request:

In the Rolm 9751 , I was able to look up an extension and see all of the Pads / or phones that had that extension.

In the Openscape Assistant, I am able to bring up a station and see all the phones that had that extension if I looked in the Configuration Management, under the "Key System" I am able to do the same thing.

How can I see how many phones have the same station through an Ammo Command?

#2 - Via Ammo Commands : what is the command to change / replace one station on a device with a different station?
For example, a user receives a new ip phone with one station, but realizes that the phone haS the wrong station number and wants it changed.

How can this be done via Ammo Command?

Thank you all for all of your support and advice.

Hi.

You may have a look on feature Multiline (Keysystem) for config via AMO KCSU.
Docs can be found on :

Already mentioned several times in Forum.

REGENERATE = REGEN = REG
DISPLAY = DIS
Above commands will cause no harm when implemented.
Most all commands will have VERB-NOUN COLON with SEMICOLON at the end.

To see the KeySystem setups - DIS-KCSU; / REG-KCSU;

To change an extension number:

If the new number (example 1234) is spare in WABE (DIS-WABE:GEN,1234;) and it shows as R (Reserved)

To change Digital Extension AND/OR IP Extension 2345 to 1234
CHA-SBCSU:2345,1234; OR CHA-SBCSU:STNO=2345,NEWNO=1234;
(If IP then you also need to change at the phone)

To change Analogue Extension 2345 to 1234
CHA-SCSU:STNO=2345,NEWNO=1234;

If the new number is not a spare number and you want to swap 2 extension numbers then that's a bit more tricky.
I'll get time later on to type it up.

To swap 2 numbers that are working you could use the AMO SXSU but it is not advised to use it as 'things get mixed up' very easily.

My method would be to REGEN the extensions first and make a note of their Port Equipment Numbers (PENS)
Then assign a spare number to one
After that proceed as above changing the numbers around CHA-SBCSU:eek:ld number,new number;

You can also use the 'sign on /sign off' method.

You can go to the phones and 'sign them off' then sign them on using the different number.
Or you can use Comwin to sign them off/on
CHA-DSSU:SIGNOFF,
CHA-DSSU:SIGNON,
