Good documentation on using Sysdiff with Windows 2000

Does anybody out there have any useful information or documentation on using Sysdiff??? I can get as far as making the snapshot, but when I got to run the /diff file it gets to a certain point then it errors out with error 32. cannot access the file... being used by another process... Annoying!!! Microsoft has THE worst documentation! So if anyone could help that would be great!!!!
